Home Peace of Mind Plan — Service Agreement

1. Services. Nifty Build USA will provide four scheduled visits during the 12-month term, with up to 75 minutes per visit, for the routine accessible maintenance tasks described on the maintenance plan page.
2. Customer-provided items. HVAC filters, batteries, bulbs, repair materials, and other consumables are not included unless separately approved and billed. Water filters and water-filter replacement are not included in the plan.
3. Plan price. Monthly billing is $69 per month for 12 months ($828 total). Annual prepaid billing is $745 for the first 12 months. An ACH processing fee of 0.8%, capped at $5 per payment, applies only when bank payment is selected.
4. Initial term and cancellation. The first 12 months are required. If the customer cancels early, the remaining unpaid balance for the full first-year term becomes due. Nifty Build USA may cancel this agreement by notifying the customer. Service and payment obligations will continue through the end of the following month; after that date, recurring charges will stop and any prepaid amount covering the unused remainder of the term will be refunded. The plan ends after the first 12 months unless the customer signs a new agreement.
5. Scheduling. Visits are scheduled approximately once every three months, subject to mutually available dates. Unused time does not roll over.
6. Limits. This is routine upkeep and basic visual observation—not a licensed home, code, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or pest inspection. Unsafe or inaccessible work is excluded. Repairs and additional labor require separate approval.
7. Risk and liability. The plan does not guarantee that every defect, hazard, or future failure will be discovered or prevented. Nifty Build USA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed or inaccessible defects, normal wear, manufacturer or product failures, customer-provided items, or conditions outside the agreed scope. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nifty Build USA's total liability arising from this plan is limited to the amount the customer paid under the current 12-month term. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Payment authorization. Monthly customers authorize twelve recurring charges. Annual customers authorize one charge. A failed payment does not cancel the first-year balance.
9. Communication. The customer agrees to receive plan, scheduling, payment, and agreement communications at the email address and phone number entered above.
