About me.

I'm from Fort Mill, South Carolina, and have lived in the area my entire life. Most of what I know, I learned from my dad. Growing up, I worked alongside him as he renovated homes and took on all kinds of projects, gaining hands-on experience along the way. Since then, I've served as the owner-builder for two of my own homes and designed plans for friends and family. Those experiences shaped the practical, detail-oriented approach I bring to every project at Nifty Build USA.

Enjoy greater peace of mind by staying ahead of small recurring tasks. The plan is especially helpful for seniors, retirees aging in place, and families coordinating maintenance for an older loved one's home.

Monthly plan$69per month

One scheduled 75-minute visit every three months.

Pay annually & save 10%$745/year

12-month initial commitment required. If canceled before the first 12 months are complete, the remaining unpaid balance for the full first-year term becomes due.
