Lead times
Most products are made to order. Estimated production timing is confirmed before payment and may vary with customization, material availability, and current workload.
Custom orders
Personalized and custom-finished products are final sale once production begins. Confirm spelling, dimensions, colors, and requested options carefully.
Cancellations
An order may be canceled before production begins. Once materials are cut, personalized, painted, stained, or assembled, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping & pickup
Shipping cost and availability are shown or quoted separately. Local pickup may be arranged when offered. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Damage in transit
Photograph the package and item immediately and contact Nifty Build USA within 48 hours of delivery so a carrier claim or appropriate resolution can be evaluated.
Installation & use
Unless specifically included in writing, mounting hardware and installation are not included. Follow appropriate installation practices and use each product only for its intended purpose.
